OUR PROCESS

Upon stepping into the showroom, you will be met with our stunning collection of artisan tile, wood, and carpet. While walk-ins are welcomed, scheduling an appointment with us is always encouraged for us to give you our undivided attention. Contact us to set up a time to come in. While in the showroom, you can explore our products and make your selections with assistance from our sales team. Our sales team will help you select tile, wood, or carpet products based on the details of your space and your price point. An intake form will be filled out with your project specifications and contact information. After making selections, the salesperson working with you will create an estimate, which will be sent over to you within 48 hours. Once the estimate is approved, we will send you an invoice to be paid. From there, we will get your order processed, and your design project will be moving forward.
